Coach Jess

Hello! My name is Jessica Moya but most people call me Jess!

I was not the most active kid. I played volleyball throughout middle school/high school and was on the poms dance team for 3 years in high school.

When I was 18, my mom got sick and passed away from stage four lung cancer, causing me to become very depressed and gaining about 30 lbs. in about a year.

That’s when my fitness journey started!

I was 21 and my friend randomly asked if I wanted to try a pole-fitness class with her. Even though I was terrified to try and not so good when I did, I fell in love with it and that’s when everything changed.

I took pole classes for the following 4-5 years before deciding I wanted to become a pole-fitness instructor and teach others! I proceeded to teach levels 1 and 2 pole fitness until 2022 and still offer private sessions.

While I loved pole, I soon learned I wasn’t eating enough food for how active I was. That is when I decided I wanted to learn how to lift weights and eat better for long-term health.

I switched my major in college to Human Nutrition and Dietetics and became NASM certified in exercise & nutrition.

I have now been coaching online and in person since 2020 and have helped over 175+ women reach their health & fitness goals.
