Should I track my food?
Tracking food is can be helpful tool if you have an intentional goal - such as to lose a specific amount of weight or to look a certain way and tone up for an upcoming event. However, if your goal is internal health, getting back into a good routine, and moving your body more then, tracking food is not needed. Goals change. Phases of life change. Tracking food can be helpful for certain phases but not needed for others.
